“The service at the Mr Clutch, Slough was the best I have ever had in a service centre. The guys were absolutely tremendous and I would definitely recommend going here. I'll be back next year for my M O T.”
“The Kingston Upon Thames branch are fantastic, I have taken my car there for four years. They provide a good service are trustworthy and are happy to answer any questions you may have. I would recommend this Mr Clutch to anyone. Five stars as far as I am concerned well done”
“I've been using Mr Clutch - Derby for several years now for MOT's and service on both my vehicles and never failed to be impressed with the quality of work. Punctual timekeeping, thorough work and keen pricing make them unbeatable in my opinion.”
“MOT. I like the value, the option to book a slot online, and friendly staff. A bit more info on the 'advisories' would be useful - but hey, it passed!”
“Yet again Ian at your Kingston Branch has come up trumps for us.
I rang Ian at 1.30 on Saturday afternoon explained what was wrong and he told us to come straight along to him, which we did. When face to face I explained to Ian that I had lost my great niece and we had to get to her funeral in Northampton on Monday. He and his staff pulled out all the stops to help us and fixed the car for us in one afternoon. Once more your Kingston Branch and Ian are great xxxx”
“Able to book online. Great price. Efficient and pleasant staff. Passed MoT and picked up my vehicle. All done! Great and will use again. Have already recommended to my daughter too.”
“MOT done quickly and with minimum of fuss. The minor failure issue ( a blown light bulb) was sorted immediately (assuming I would have it done as a matter of course).
If I were to suggest a change, the letter I got said my MOT was due in March. It wasn`t. I had the car MOT`d last year in March, but the MOT wasn`t due till April. So by believing it was due earlier than it was, I had the car tested too early, and lost a month`s cover.
Would I use them again, yes, but check your renewal date as their computer system isn't necessarily accurate, but will get you tested on time or early which I guess isn`t as bad as it could be.”
“You failed my car for uneven headlight positioning and uneven front brake application. I became suspicious when on advisory items my car was "presented in wet conditions" on a very dry bright day, it had cracked rear tyres, needed new brakes all round even though the rear brakes had only done 500 miles! Not to mention the scuffed rear bumper and the engine covers and under trays ( factory fitted as standard) were obscuring some components. Oh and there was a film on the headlights - which when I looked was a fine layer of dried on road salt. I was then presented with a quote of over £500 to make my car roadworthy!!! Needless to say I immediately took my car to my regular garage for their opinion. They adjusted the headlights for free ( you wanted £15) and took it to their local MOT centre who found no reason to fail my car, the front brakes were close to needing replacements but were within the legal requirements and when asked to quote for the same work to be done if necessary, it was less than half the price including a second MOT. I will never go near Mr Clutch ever again, nor will anyone else I know. Feeling really disappointed with my treatment by Mr Clutch.”
