“I must say every garage should take note that phoning the customer with regular updates on progress when their work van goes bang is the only thing that kept me sane so my thanks to ian at Kingston branch for always calling me regardless of how hard the news was to give to me and also for showing me the problem so I could see for myself that the hefty bill coming my way was compleatly justified . I would also like to add a big job was carried out faster than expected so I also saved money on the days I had a hire van . I felt ian could see how stressed I was and made sure all parts arrived fast and work was started rite away .... The only thing that could make my day any better would be if I won the tablet in the competition ;)

“Nobody enjoys the annual MOT ordeal but Mr Clutch Derby makes it pretty painless. Price is well below the standard charge. You can book on-line and they run to schedule, No dodgy fails (or dodgy passes) and minor things just get sorted. No pressure to have repairs done there but repair prices seem reasonable.
