Turned up to Reading centre and staff were friendly and advised would be around an hour so went shopping to kill time. Plenty of parking available.
Came back before hour was up to find they'd already finished the job. No quibble over the fact I'd pre-paid, aircon works very well now.
Price was very good compared to many other places due to special offer.
