“I received a disappointing service from Mr Clutch. It took them quite a long time to fit what turned out to be a faulty clutch which slipped from the start and needed replacing. Three visits to them in total which involved time off work for me. During the process they removed bolts on the car that they denied ever touching (I had a second opinion), left the tracking out and seemingly altered the camber on the wheels so that it was causing uneccessary wear to the tyres. To be fair the second clutch now appears fine but I have had to spend money on the other issues at another trusted garage to resolve. I would not recommend”
“Booked MOT online, simple booking procedure and payed MOT online. Turned up 10mins before and was done within the hour. Can't comment on servicing and other repairs as only had MOT done which was cheaper than everywhere else”

I have a Mercedes and I have not ever received such service from the main dealer. I have a leak in my aircon system and they have done everything to locate the leak with pink dye!
Ian phoned me to keep me updated on progress. Should be a matter of course but most other garages can't be bothered.
They realised that it was too complex a problem and suggested I take it to a mercedes auto electrician.
Ian was always good humoured and professional in all his dealings
