“Professional, personal and friendly service. All aspects of our dealings with Edwards were carried out in a very efficient manner. Wendy Whale was extremely helpful and charming from our first meeting and it was her manner that made us decide to choose Edwards”

“Statements received were consistent. In the past, they have also provided suggestion to solving a disagreement. However, this was only done after forwarding the tenant's complaint directly to us, which they could have been the mediator, to avoid animosity between 2 parties. They have provided photos of faulty items when maintenance were required, but it has to be asked. We believe an agent should be more pro-active in helping the landlord managed the property by keeping the landlord updated on any issues (e.g: by providing proof of photos before and after ) without the landlord chasing the issue.”
