“I cannot commend team Melita highly enough! I needed a step mother of the bride outfit so googled where to find such a place. Melita came up. Don’t be fooled by the appearance of the small shop front, inside you find a huge selection of fabulous outfits from the smallest to largest size. 2 absolutely fabulous ladies supported me through the process, listening carefully to my likes and dislikes, needs and requirements . I was not rushed, I did not feel under pressure to make a purchase, I tried several outfits on a number of times to be sure I made the right decision. I was treated with attentiveness and the utmost respect. I was encouraged to take photos of all I tried on and to take a break and have a coffee at a cafe nearby while I reviewed the pictures and narrowed down my choice. This helped no end because I honestly had thought I looked alright in some of them but when I reviewed on film we’re quite shocking! I was encouraged to try matching hats and accessories in order to get a complete look. I left with a gorgeous Condici outfit and matching hat in Kingfisher blue. Yes it was very expensive but worth every penny to feel so fabulous when I put it on. Thank you Melita ladies you were fab!”

“After finding nothing for my Daughter's wedding in London I booked an appt with Melita. The ladies who helped me were friendly, helpful and not in any way pushy, giving opinions when asked but not imposing them. I tried on about 6 different dresses all in my size so I was able to really see what they looked like. The boutique is lovely with a relaxed, informal atmosphere, plenty of choice at a range of prices along with numerous hats and accessories. I eventually choose 2 outfits and loved them both so much I just couldn't decide ! The ladies were patient and held the outfits for me so that I could come back to try them again and make a final decision, which I eventually did, along with a hat. Melita have an arrangement with a seamstress next door so any alterations needed are easy to book in.
I am delighted with what I've chosen and couldn't recommend Melita more highly to anyone looking for a special occasion outfit.”
