Hi Susan, that's good to hear! Rain and/or some wind will sweep it away in due time, but if you find it's still hanging around after a few days, a stiff brush or pressure sprayer will have your surface looking as good as new!
Our apologise once again for the delay. Over 800 items were held at the hub in your local area by our (usually reliable) courier who failed to relay this information. We're disappointed too and agree it was very poor, but unfortunately it was out of our control once the courier collected your order from our warehouse. We can assure you this is a one-off incident.
I also understand my colleague dispatched another container out to you during the delay and has advised you to keep additional delivery free of charge. We hope this makes up for the delay and sorry once again for the inconvenience.

Since then, Ice, frost and torrential rain have stopped me using it until now (1st Feb) It seems to have killed the moss where I applied it, but just left a yellow mess which still has to be cleared away. I thought it might have somehow burnt/shrivelled it all up! Probably naively!
So it was ok, but similar to other moss treatments I've used.”

The dead moss will naturally biodegrade over time, but it does take a few days, unless you have particularly heavy rain. Sorry to hear our product didn't quite impress you because of this, but thank you for your comments all the same.

As discussed on our live chat, your order was placed late on a Friday and it is clear on our website and order confirmation emails that orders are dispatched on a next business day service. The confirmation email you received is a VAT invoice and the product data sheet is accessible on each product page on our website. We do not include paper copies of these documents with dispatched orders in a conscious attempt to reduce paper wastage in our target to be as 'green' as possible.
I'm sorry to hear you expect more than that, but all-the-same, thank you for your order.
