“I couldn't of asked for more from Karl absolutely excellent advisor. He was always on hand for me any day any hour. Me and my partner had a few bumps along the way to getting our home but Karl always assured us that he would get us there and that he did. “Mr Karl Lawton was very supportive and kind. He would help me with all the teansactions, setting agreements, signing papers and anything that i wasn't sure of. As a first time buyer i had a lot of questions and uncertainity . But mr Lawton was there!! I would surely recommend him and ghl to my friends. If you are a first time buyer and just like me your bank doesn't help you, don't give up. You are in a right place with ghl.”

“Bill was wonderful. He helped me every step of the way, explained everything I needed to know, and was unsure about as a first time buyer.
