“Ross went above and beyond for us and helped us every step of the way. He answered calls and emails straight away and sorted problems out. He even got us a mortgage offer extension which was a big relief and saved us a lot of money. Ultimately we couldn’t have got our dream home without the help and excellent service from him.”
