Hi Alex, thank you for your feedback and we understand your frustration, however we feel this may have been a misunderstanding on responsibility for the delays you have experienced . As your mortgage broker, our primary role is to advise and then secure your mortgage offer, this was achieved by your adviser in approximately 3 weeks, (application to offer) which is a very reasonable time frame. Once your mortgage offer is issued the mortgage lender will assign solicitors to progress your case to completion, for which sadly we have little to no control over. Your adviser has sent emails requesting expedition on the process, but ultimately it's the solicitor firm who are then assigned responsibility to progress your case through to completion. We understand this may be frustrating, so we wanted to explain our position. If you have any concerns or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to call us. We're always happy to help.

“We are extremely pleased with the help we have been provided with when buying our first house, we were lucky enough to have SUSAN Abbott as our mortgage advisor who made the process stress free and was with us at ALL times to make sure everything is running smoothly which we are very grateful for, couldn't recommend enough. “I am extraordinarily lucky and grateful to have come across Sam's details, quite by chance, several years ago when looking for a mortgage advisor. Frankly, she is unsurpassed in her knowledge, commitment, integrity, friendliness and incredible work ethics. She has consistently gone over above, in both time and energy, to provide the very best deals tailored for my needs. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for Sam and I wish I could fully expand upon all that she has done for me over the years. She has also been incredibly patient by explaining what is essentially a foreign language to me. She ensures that I understand everything she presents to me and relieves me entirely of any stress and confusion that I would undoubtedly have, were I to seek any kind of mortgage or insurance by myself. I trust her implicitly; and that is why I have remained her client for all these years. My only fear is that she may retire one day. At which point, I'll most likely sell up and buy a yurt, rather than risk putting myself in the hands of others to make the most important financial decisions of my life for me.
