We are delighted she was able to assist you in obtaining your mortgage but obviously sorry that you feel she was then rude to you when discussing your Life Insurance requirements. Having spoken to Joanne and reviewed the emails between you, we are of the opinion that she fulfilled her role as your adviser and met her regulatory obligations in correctly advising you on the importance of life insurance. We are sorry that you thought her rude and can assure you this was not her intent, she just wanted to ensure you were correctly advised. We tried to contact you to discuss but unfortunately couldn’t reach you. Please feel free to call us if we can be of any more assistance
