“Great work done by Rumi Miah from GHL in helping us with our recent remortgage transaction. Extremely professional, friendly, knowledgable and efficient in his approach in getting us the best mortgage deal for our circumstance and also helped us arrange life insurance to protect our family. Would recommend to anybody who needs this type of assistance.”

“The service was always professional polite and clear. On reflection. Point for using the online solicitors was not a good experience though and I had very little communication from them and certainly not clear on matters. Also had big issues logging into accounts. Without Jill’s input and knowledge we would have found it intolerable working with the solicitors.”

“Our low introductory interest rate on our mortgage was coming to an end, so we contacted Matt after a friend recommended him to us, as he found them a great new mortgage deal and our IFA we normally used has now retired He found us a great mortgage with a lower rate that we were paying previously, fixed for 5 years. Hopefully this will see us through the uncertainty Brexit”

Main thing is I trusted him from our first meeting. He clearly enjoyed what he was doing, was totally impartial and clearly wanted to help me. Alongside this, Matt also gave advice on competitive providers of life and home/contents insurance. Following our meetings and agreements Matt then dealt with all paperwork and contracts to ensure that all was in place on time and to our satisfaction. As an extra bonus - Matt was able to help us reduce our monthly outgoing payments and yet still receive the insurance cover and mortgage payments that we were expecting."”

“I was unhappy with my current Mortgage and needed advice on alternatives. Sam firstly and thoroughly went through which mortgage was best suited to me, the options available to me and offered me clear and concise advice about the step by step process of re-mortgaging. She was available at all hours to take any questions I had and regularly kept me up to date with the progress of the re-mortgage. Sam took care of all aspects of searching, applying for and completing all paperwork involved with the application. It was a thoroughly non-stressful and straightforward transition from one to mortgage to another. I would definitely recommend Sam to anyone who needed advice with regards to mortgages.”
