“I have not been a home owner for 20 years, so this all felt like a first time buying experience for me and I found it all pretty stressful. I can not thank Sherrese and Dana enough for their patience with me and all of the hard work they put in to find us our mortgage offer. This will be a new start for us both, and we can not wait to start our journey in our new home. Thank you I would definitely recommend their services”

“This is an honest review of Mortgage Light in Milton Keynes. Please make judgment for yourself as this review is just to let everyone know of our experience as a whole. And safe to say, it was an absolutely amazing one. Let me start, by saying that we have had previous experience with Mortgage Light and it was a good one then and it had been yet another good experience, hence the review. Unfortunately, we definitely went in a backwards way in our house buying. We did the silly thing of falling in love with houses and not even knowing what we could afford. This didn’t stop Natasha Daley, who has been a god send through this process and may I add an absolutely CREDIT to the company, who helped us through getting an approved mortgage. Natasha, she made us feel extremely welcome and made us feel that she actually wanted to help us get to our next chapter in our life. From the outset, she sat us down, told us what she needed from us and then she could do the rest. We went back a couple of days later with all of what we needed, there and then, she started to work through what we had to give us an estimate of how much we would be able to borrow. The estimate amount, was more than what we were expecting, this was fantastic news as she stated to us, that ‘this is only an estimate and we should be able to borrow what we need’. Safe to say, we left with massive smiles on our faces. After a couple of days, we had a call and an exact amount was present to us. We accepted quickly, as it was exactly what we needed. We sent the relevant paper work through and a couple of weeks later, we get the green light and our mortgage application was completed. Natasha Daley, really did help push this all along. She was extremely attentive and would make sure that everything was in line. Any questions we had; she was able to answer them without hesitation and really is at the top of her game for mortgages and advising on what to go with etc. A massive thank you to Natasha for everything!! I would fully 100% recommend Mortgage Light to anyone that wants a no jargon, no rubbish actual human being to deal with and to get you the best mortgage deal. They seriously couldn’t have done any more to help us out and nothing was ever an issue.”

“The customer service is very good.Our mortgage advisor was excellent.We were due to re mortgage end of 2024.The mortgage advisor dealt with everything looking for the best deal for us .I would highly recommend Mortgage light .🙂”

“I would recommend Mortgage Light because they are extremely knowledgable of the sector. Urvi was our broker and i can say she was a blessing and fun to work with. Within in an hour of having a phone call we had an AIP. They work efficiently and quick within 2 weeks Urvi had gotten our mortgage approval. We literally didn’t have to do much other than send some documents and answer some questions. Obviously this is down to your own credit and affordability that helped. As a naturally anxious person Urvi made me feel real as ease and got the job done and alleviated any concerns. If i am ever fortunate enough to buy again i won’t hesitate to contact mortgage light.”

“Kerry McGirr was brilliant from start to finish. She was professional and friendly and showed very good knowledge of the business. Whenever I contacted her with difficulties I had with other organisations who are involved with the purchase, she just said, "Don't worry, I'll give them a call. And that was it, problem solved. You made my life easier, and the experience was really good for a first time buyers. Thank you very much!”

“Urvi at mortgage light was absolutely fantastic ! It was our first time applying for a mortgage and she was so clear and explicit about everything we had to do and made sure we understood each step before moving on. Everything moved quickly and we were so reassured. She is also got amazing people skills so really connected with us and was genuinely delighted when we got our mortgage offer.
