“Such a good service! They are constantly trying to help and always return your calls/emails. They got things done so quickly for me and even though I had a couple of difficulties when purchasing a house they always resolved the issue and were on hand to help.”

“I had one initial consultation meeting where my mortgage was arranged. I was told I was going to get called back regarding the additional add ons to the mortgage to do with cover for being off sick/losing job etc. I was left a message, which I phoned back numerous times. Never had any response back from the person who arranged my mortgage. Thought the fee was extremely high for the amount of communication I received.”

“I was slightly disappointed when I spoke with my advisor he understood this was not my first mortgage and encouraged me to go for a mortgage with nationwide with a £500 cash back. However, this is for first time buyers only so I was not entitled to it, I feel my advisor should have known this as there were other options which could have benefitted me more.”

“I have had 3 mortgages arranged via mortgagelight dealing with Siobhan Ball directly and each time it has been fantastic. They are fast, efficient and don't confuse you with technical language that only a broker would understand. Any question is answered within 24 hours usually and she keeps me up to date on all progress of my application. Even stepped in to chase solicitors in a previous purchase where the transaction was being held up by them! Great service and really helpful team to take as much stress out of moving as possible!”

“Very happy with Mortgage Light overall and it was great to have their professional support all the way from the initial questions to getting the mortgage through. “I can not recommend the Mortgage Light team highly enough. On coming to the end of my fixed rate term, I wanted to remortgage and fix for a further period, but most high street lenders couldn’t help me as the criteria for borrowing had changed a lot since taking out my original mortgage. However, never one to be beaten by a challenge, Siobhan spent hours searching the market for a suitable product on my behalf – and eventually found me a fixed rate deal of 1.64% - ironically with one of the high street banks who would not have been able to help had I approached them direct! The deal included free legals and free survey – and the whole process from application to completion took just two weeks. The result - a very stress free and simple transaction and an extremely happy customer.”
