“Sam at Mortgage Light initially arranged our mortgage and has also recently helped arrange a new deal with our mortgage lender. The whole process was so smooth and easy with different options available to me explained well. I was also kept up to date throughout. I definitely recommend Mortgage Light.”

“Mortgage Light were the only brokers who could help me when I was self employed and had taken maternity leave. According to other brokers I had been 'unemployed' and the team at Mortgage Light fought my corner and used their close contacts to explain my mat leave and prove my accounts were in good order and that I could easily afford my mortgage. 2 years in and we are delighted to use Mortgage Light again at the end of our deal. The attention to detail and hand holding, time spent on the phone explaining every detail and answering a million questions patiently has been so appreciated. The wonderful Michael even remembered personal facts about our family I'd told him 2 years previously and asked how our renovation went. In my experience the team (every single person I've spoken to) has been committed, caring and 100% dedicated to finding the right product for us. Michael has been a stand out star. I'd not hesitate to recommend to friends and family and found the fee worth every single penny. Thanks again Mortgage Light! I would especially recommend the team if other brokers have told you you'll struggle to get a mortgage. They went above and beyond and proved other brokers just didn't have the contacts or the commitment to get us there.”

“I used Mortgage Light for my previous mortgage and wasn’t going anywhere else for this renewal. I originally emailed the guy who did my first mortgage but he had left the company and Sam very kindly picked up my case. I was a tad early to renew but Sam said she would call in a few months, of which she did. Non pushy, informative and professional. Mortgages aren’t always straight forward but Sam was super at explaining the different options. The support continued throughout the process - friendly and helpful. That’s my second great experience with Mortgage Light. You either hire the right people or train incredible well. Thanks Sam, once again!”

“Very professional from the 1st call at the start of the mortgage process to the happy completion. The highly professional staff with unmatched expertise took care of everything. Even when we thought at one point that the request documents were endless, they encouraged as , made as believe and were the reliable. “Hi, first, I'm 66 and just learning; thanks to team XAP Credit Solution, all the benefits of using CC. I wish I'd know y'all when I was younger!!! Anyway, I am happy you’re able to boost my score from 490 to 790 in less than a few days without asking for an extra penny. All the collections, charge offs, eviction and lien were expunged from my report. I am able to get a very high limit of Amex credit cards and I also got qualified for a mortgage loan.
