“James is a innovative, dedicated and trustworthy mortgage advisor. He went above and beyond to help us get a good mortgage deal and helped us greatly financially with his sound advise. The mortgage light team on a whole are attentive, friendly and stick to their word. They work like a well oiled machine and any member of staff is on hand to help if your assigned mortgage advisor is busy. I would highly recommend mortgage light in the future, especially James Carr due to my personal experiences.”

“Charles at Mortgage Light made both myself and my Husband very Happy! From the moment we met him he was courteous and wanted only to help us with our requirements to what suited us. We couldn't have found a nicer, more helpful person than Charles. “My partner and i brought our first property this year and Charles not only helped us with our mortgage he helped us every step of the way and i couldn't recommend him enough as he really put us first and gave us as much time as we needed, he always got back to us very quickly and i couldn't be happier with mortgage lights/charlies customer service.”

“My initial conversation with them was honest and informative. Whilst in the end I dealt with someone different (Alex) they were also great, providing lots of updates and being much more proactive than I would have expected. My only piece of feedback that is in any way developmental is that their offer paperwork could be clearer - and linked to this they could be clearer in highlighting mortgage (i.e. not their but the mortgage provider's) fees, if applicable. A very good service.”

“Was quick in getting the initial application in, then when things came up and more information was needed were very slow and was lacking in communicating what was going on I kept having to chase rather then being updated.”
