“I cannot recommend Mortgage Light enough. We worked alongside James Deakin to arrange our mortgage. He was so helpful and approachable. We are first-time buyers so the process was very new to us. James took the time to explain every part of the process. I have recommended James and Mortgage Light to several friends and family members.”

“My friend recommended james deakin to us. Luckily, we did listen to them. A massive thank you to James and emma. . We thought getting a mortgage is stressful as we are a first time buyer. But with the help of james explaining us everything we needed was a big help. A massive thank you for james and emma for helping us through out the process.”

“Natasha could not have been more helpful, I was so lucky to have her help me through the process. The initial house I was looking at fell through following a down valuation, she was so supportive and was quick to help me with a new application for a different property and a new lender. Would have been completely lost without her. Could not recommend Mortgage Light enough.”

“Daniel and Urvi were amazing! We could not have asked for better people to have helped us on our journey. Being a first time buyer this whole process was a little daunting at first but they helped us so much. Daniel explained things to me in a way that I could understand. It was less stressful as Daniel and Urvi dealt with everything on our behalf. We are both very excited that we have now secured our first mortgage thanks to Mortgage light. We would highly recommend to others and we will definitely use mortgage light again in the future.”

“I am delighted with the service I have recieved from Mortgage Light. Being a first time buyer this whole process was a little daunting at first but Damon was in contact with me every step of the way. He was so friendly and explained things to me in a way that I could understand and so I did not feel silly asking him any questions that I had. I had no stress what so ever as Damon dealt with everything on my behalf and I am so happy to have now secured my first mortgage. I will be coming back in the future to re-mortgage. Highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Damon!”

“Robert has been absolutely amazing. In the end we went through 3 houses/offers and he went over and above every time to ensure I was prepared and understood the process. Nev & Urvi have equally been over and above my expectations. Everything was dealt with in a timely manner and they were available to assist where needed. I would highly recommend Mortgage Light!”

“Mortgage Light were very helpful in the first instance with lots of my questions answered within the first meeting. The member of the company which I was dealing with did leave, which lead me needing to chase up my case which was a little stressful. HOWEVER, Daniel and Urvi then took over and have been extremely helpful and patient. Any questions I have had have been answered and they are both very responsive over email. I would like to say a big thank you to them for stepping in to help and I hope they know I am very appreciative of their service.”
