“Natasha has been beyond amazing with us and the support she has given throughout the whole process is more than we could have asked for. As first time buyers we had no idea, Natasha was more than happy to explain everything in detail and make sure we were 100% happy with our options. Natasha has been on it from day 1 with getting things sorted as quickly as she could and we definitely felt like a priority. Highly recommend!!”

“We had the most pleasant experience collaborating with Natasha. She was always prompt with our requests and provided all clarifications when we were confused. “Im very pleased with process. Urvi was extremely friendly, approachable, always available to answer any questions. Very quick and professional process. “We had the pleasure of working with James on buying our first house. And I am very impressed with him, he kept us in the loop every step of the way, he was so friendly and chatty with us and never cared about my huge amounts of questions I asked! He managed to find an amazing deal for us when I thought there wasn't any hope with other companies and we are now about to move into our dream house. We could not have done it without him and I cannot recommend him enough, if I ever move again, I 100% will be using James. He made it a pleasure!”

“We used Urvi Shah as our mortgage broker, if it was possible to give 6 stars, we definitely would. We couldn’t say anything negative, she was on top of absolutely everything, myself and my partner were terrified about the idea of a mortgage as we’d be first time buyers and the whole process was made very simple, effective and smooth the whole way through because Urvi helped us through every step of the way, myself and my partner would highly recommend anyone willing to purchase a home or in need or a mortgage broker, use Urvi!”
