“Used Damon to secure my first mortgage and he was fantastic and made it so easy for me. We used Damon and Lauren for our second mortgage a year later and again it was nothing but smooth sailing with very fast turnarounds. “We used Mortgage Light for a new mortgage 4 years ago, we were very impressed with the manner in which they handled sourcing a mortgage for us. It was completely hassle free and it was sorted very quickly. Therefore, we decided to use them again for our recent remortgage. Max assisted us with this and it was completed so quickly and so efficiently we were taken aback as to how quick and easy Max made this for us. Max was very professional, very helpful and super quick ..what more could you ask for. Thank you Max!”

“As I’m a first time buyer the whole experience is all new to me and the property I was buying fell through, being with with mortgage light has made the bad experience into a positive outcome. “This December, I had to agree a new deal. This was highly stressful, due to the current cost of living crisis, and I made it further stressful for myself by waiting until the just minute to sign the form and then losing it!! Sam, my advisor, has been absolutely incredible throughout. She took a lot of time to talk me through the options in a time of huge uncertainty, to find the best deals, and very carefully didn't even hint that I'm an idiot for losing the forms! Instead she just reapplied and got everything moving again. The most incredible thing is that just after I'd applied for the second time, my provider dropped their rates. Sam thought of me, told me immediately and we applied the same day for a discount of over £40 a month. This is fairly life changing for me, and is above and beyond for Sam. I can't recommend Mortgage light enough. Every time I've interacted with them they've gone above and beyond and always taken time to explain financial terms in what can be a very confusing industry. Wonderful team and Sam is a fantastic advisor!”
