“I know they say buying your first home can be a stressful process but I did not expect so many curveballs, including tight deadlines, unexpected outcomes and delays upon delays. If it wasn't for Max, Amy, Urvi and Nevetha, I don't think I would've made it through. Always on the ball and ready to find solutions! Their patience, knowledge and general positive attitude was very much appreciated. Thank you!!!”

“James and Emma have both been absolutely amazing. This has been my first time going through a home buying process as a first time buyer and they could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. Any questions were answered quickly, thoroughly and professionally. Half way through the process we had a seller pull out of a sale which was very concerning, but they went above and beyond to make sure we still got the same product from the bank on the next property and everything went as smooth as possible, they really made the whole process less stressful than I ever imagined. I couldnt reccomend them and mortgage Light more and will reccomend them to friends and family in the future. Definitely 5 stars for me. Thanks again for all the work.”

“Emily Stride was who was helping me with my mortgage and I can't fault her service! I told her at the beginning that this is my first house and I had no experience with buying properties before and she made everything really clear and easy to understand! Would always try to return calls and replied to emails very quickly! So thank you very much to Mortgage Light! and a Huge thank you to Emily for really keeping on top of everything for me and informing me of any changes ASAP along the way! Would definitely recommend using them and I will in future too!”

Can’t fault the service we received from Michael, he always very calm which helped ease our anxiety when we were the process got stressful. “First of all firsts, I am grateful for what seemed an unlimited patience with a client that although understands maths, has no clue on how the maths work in mortgage calculations. The advice that I received was competent, supporting and honest at all the times of our interaction. What also mattered hugely in my case was the fantastic quick response to email messages with calls for help, and the readiness to book face to face meetings, which significantly builds up in reciprocal trust and confidence. “I had always been dreading the mortgage process, even before I decided to buy my first property. However, Mortgage Light have been amazing from start to end. “Natasha was an amazing support to us throughout the whole process. She made what could have been a really stressful situation as stress free as possible. Her calm and positive approach put us at ease, she was just brilliant! Emma came on board to support us through the process too and was equally as brilliant. Between Emma & Natasha, their quick responses to any questions or queries were so reassuring as we were never sat with any question or concerns for too long! “JORDAN APPLETON IS A GODSEND Mortgage light was recommended to me by the estate agents as I was buying my first property. I had already spoken to 2 mortgage brokers prior from another company and was certain I would go with one of them when I wanted to start my application. However the moment I had a chat with Jordan to go over preliminary checks, I was sold. As a first time buyer, I had so many questions and needed a lot of directions, and Jordan answered them all efficiently. He gave me a timeline of what the application journey will look like and even fitted in the conveyancy part so I knew exactly when I should engage the solicitors. He contacted me regularly to brief me on the progress of my case. This meant I always knew what had been completed, what tasks were outstanding and what details and documents will be needed. For me being new to this, I appreciated this approach as it meant no nasty surprises and I always knew the timescale we were working with. All property buying videos I watched during my research mentioned how stressful the process is, but Jordan made the process fun yet quick whilst still being thorough. I hope I will have the pleasure of working with him again in a few years; thanks to his hardwork, I have still not gotten over the shock of becoming a homeowner and have been skipping around my home in happiness 😀. Thank you Jordan”

From start to end they were responsive and helpful (James Carr and Emma Mears) and made the application process and help to buy process quick and easy for me as a first time buyer. Also arranged insurances for me which was one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend.”
