“JORDAN APPLETON IS A GODSEND Mortgage light was recommended to me by the estate agents as I was buying my first property. I had already spoken to 2 mortgage brokers prior from another company and was certain I would go with one of them when I wanted to start my application. However the moment I had a chat with Jordan to go over preliminary checks, I was sold. As a first time buyer, I had so many questions and needed a lot of directions, and Jordan answered them all efficiently. He gave me a timeline of what the application journey will look like and even fitted in the conveyancy part so I knew exactly when I should engage the solicitors. He contacted me regularly to brief me on the progress of my case. This meant I always knew what had been completed, what tasks were outstanding and what details and documents will be needed. For me being new to this, I appreciated this approach as it meant no nasty surprises and I always knew the timescale we were working with. All property buying videos I watched during my research mentioned how stressful the process is, but Jordan made the process fun yet quick whilst still being thorough. I hope I will have the pleasure of working with him again in a few years; thanks to his hardwork, I have still not gotten over the shock of becoming a homeowner and have been skipping around my home in happiness 😀. Thank you Jordan”

“Mortgage light was recommended to me by the developer that I purchased my house with. From start to end they were responsive and helpful (James Carr and Emma Mears) and made the application process and help to buy process quick and easy for me as a first time buyer. Also arranged insurances for me which was one less thing to worry about. Highly recommend.”

“We found Mortgage light and in particular Damon by chance. We initially thought a shared ownership for us was the only option for us and we completed a affordability check. On further discussions with Damon he advised us of our other options, including Help to Buy. We were given an Agreement in principal for a full ownership mortgage in January and have now completed on our first home. I couldn't thank Damon and Emma enough. Damon went the extra mile from the start and was our rock and clear head through the entire process. If you're thinking about a mortgage.. look no further than Mortgage Light!”

“I used mortgagelight to secure the mortgage. Damon Hammond handled my application. He was approachable and professional. Responded my mails as soon as possible. As I am relocating close to my workplace but my wife working elsewhere, many banks didn't consider us as joint applicants. But Damon managed find lender which was big help saved us lot of trouble. “As a First Time Buyer Natasha Daley and Emma Mears made it a seamless process, kept me up to date with what was going on even helped an supported me with other questions that had nothing to do with the mortgage. I would say they are both good ambassadors to the brand and a credit to your company. I hope that they will still be in your company when i look to purchase my second property as the service an commitment was second to none. “FixMyCredit has been really great to work with. In a few weeks they have helped me remove negative items from my credit report and get my credit score back in good standing. Their customer service was super helpful and friendly which was really nice considering that is hard to come by these days. Now that my credit is good, I will be able to buy my first home. Couldn’t be more excited. I also learned so much about credit management and credit repair. It has been a really good learning experience.
