“As part of our first house purchase our estate agent passed us over to Mortgage Light and we were contacted by Jordan who took the time to understand our situation. Throughout the whole process of gaining a mortgage Jordan was helpful, responsive and straight to the point three really appreciated traits. “It was such a pleasure to deal with Emily Stride during the whole process of finding the right mortgage deal until the final step of receiving the offer. “My Mortgage advisor was Gary. From the start Gary was brilliant. I went into the office and met with him where he spent plenty of time running through everything in a clear concise manner so I was not left with any questions. Gary was very good at keeping me updated with everything and going over any changes answering all questions I had. I will be recommending Mortgage Light to anyone. From a first time buyers experience I can say I am very very happy.”

“Natasha has been absolutely wonderful from the start, answered any questions we had even before the whole process began. No question we asked ever seemed to be problem and she always let us explore all our options. She’s been an asset to this whole purchasing a house process! Couldn’t have asked for anyone better! “I been so lucky to have the support I’ve had with buying my first property from Jordan at Mortgage Light. As I’m sure anyone knows it is incredibly stressful buying property. However Jordan made it as pain free as possible explaining everything in a way I could understand and going above and beyond to ensure everything was in place and met the sellers needs as well as mine! Couldn’t recommend enough!”

“Alex, and his support colleagues, were the most responsive and helpful of people. The whole process was professional as well as personal. At all times I felt well informed of the progress of my application, and felt completely at ease with the options presented to me. “As a First Time Buyer I was always very apprehensive about the process to buying a property, I always felt out of my comfort zone. However, John Cyganek and Jedd Eagleton were fantastic throughout the entire process, and gave me all the reassurance I needed from start to finish. At the start of the process, I had my affordability call with John where he went through all of the mortgage options and explained the best route for me to buying a home. I then I received expert advice from John and regular helpful updates - he was always very approachable and willing to talk to me about any queries I had. Once I received my Decision In Principle, I then had my mortgage protection meeting. Although my partner and myself work full-time, John made sure he was available to our availability, which I found really accommodating and lovely. After this meeting, we were then in a position to apply for my mortgage, where Jedd provided his assistance for this and was extremely professional and helpful. I will never forget the call on Wednesday evening l where Jedd rang me at 6pm to inform me that I have received a mortgage offer! Mortgage Light as a company have been brilliant, but from my experience that is all because of John and Jedd. Thank you both for everything - you’ve been amazing!”
