“Really impressed by the service received by Mortgage Light. Natasha in particular has been a diamond, had some issues with Barclays being a nightmare (not the fault of mortgage light) but once we discovered those she reacted quickly and decisively to find me a new lender. Made the process of buying my first home easy and relatively stress free. Thanks to Emma too. Great service and look forward to working with them again! Cheers.”

“I have had a great experience with Mortgage Light. James organised and guided me through my first ever mortgage. He was very helpful right through the whole process and explained everything in detail. Emma the administrator was equally helpful. Excellent communication, email replies were quick and I never had to wait long for a call back. I’m very happy with the service! Thank you!!!”

“From my 1st meeting John took the time to go through every aspect of the mortgage process, giving me the pros and cons on every possible decision I wanted to make. Throughout the whole process I genuinely felt like John and Jedd had my best interests at heart and wanted to make i made the best decision. “Emily has been an absolutely wonderful person and we're so thankful she was assigned to us. From the get go, Emily provided so much knowledge and insight and for first time buyers, she really helped take away the stress and pressure. “As mortgages can be sometimes complex with a previous history under another process being terrible, I can definitely state that it depends on the right mortgage advisor. Someone has to truly go beyond the call of duty and take pride on their work to get the job done. “There are so many good reviews of mortgage light on here that I decided to use them to help me with my mortgage. At first the conversation with Michael was very helpful and he advised what would be needed. Once I got all of the required paperwork over to him (the same day), I waited over a week to hear from him again. I chased to then be told he was still looking at possible lenders. A few days later I chased again to be told he had gone on holiday for 10 days and his colleague informed me that he'd forgotten to tell me information regarding the mortgage in principle. On his return it took him 2 further days to contact me. I have since waited a further week from him to tell me whether the mortgage in principle had been approved. I have complained to his manager (the owner of mortgage light, Siobhan) and she has not returned my calls or responded to my emails. Enough was enough so I contacted a different company and Samantha wheeler managed to get me a mortgage in principle within 5 hours of me contacting her. Genuinely haven't received such poor customer service from a company before and I literally never complain but I'm actually disgusted at how I've been treated my mortgage light.”
