“Firstly I’d Like to say a great big thanks to Rob and Nevatha. It was our first time buying a property and hence it was our first time dealing with anything of the sort. When speaking to Rob, it was as though everything became a whole lot simpler. He took us through everything step by step and took all confusion out of everything. He was answering all of our calls, quite a few if I say so myself, with so much patience and understanding! Honestly we couldn’t have done it without him! “The level of customer care and attention provided by Mortgage Light for my case was incredible. I have dealt with other brokers before and genuinely the level of customer service is night and day. A special mention has to go to Natasha, who always kept me informed throughout, responded to my queries instantly and helped me understand the whole process from start to finish. My family and I will always be grateful for this.
