“Great service from Natasha and Emma. I was a complete novice in house buying and had no clue how to go about applying for a mortgage. They stepped in and helped me through the process, patiently explaining things, and promptly answering my questions by phone and email. The pair of them are a very professional double act. I had the same level of highly professional and friendly service from a male colleague of theirs who responded to my call in Natasha’s absence. This makes me believe Mortgage Light as an organisation have very high professional standards. If you are looking for simple, professional and honest mortgage advisors, look no further.”

“Both Daniel and Urvi were so helpful with arranging our mortgage. As first time buyers it has all been a bit confusing but they both made the process very easy. They were quick to respond to questions and kept us informed at all times. Thank you both of you!!!!”

“Damon H is absolutely brilliant, he is so patient and he has your best interest. I would recommend him so so much to anybody who is looking to get a mortgage. He is very knowledgeable and also is a very nice person with a professional approach as I was very nervous about my first mortgage and I wouldn’t have done it without his good work.”

“Had a fantastic experience working alongside Daniel and Urvi. Even while suffering with Covid, Daniel still managed to reach out during my first purchase to ensure I was up to speed with everything. Never turned down a phone call and made everything as smooth a process as can be. Urvi provided ongoing support and we're happy to help whenever I needed it. “Thank you Max and Urvi for sorting out our mortgage, it was a difficult process due to my different accounts and you found a lender that accepted all the information. A pleasure dealing with you both. My only recommendation is that you should provide your clients with a secure document portal to be able to upload sensitive documents that if lost could lead to identity fraud and possible finical loss. I got around this issue by delivering my documents to the office as I wasn't prepared to send them unsecured by email.”

“Absolute rubbish! Had to keep chasing and because we was a difficult case, they could not be bothered. Wasted months on these aswell. Thank fully we found a good Mortgage brokers that went all out to get us a Mortgage and now settled in our new home. Don't waste your time with them.”

“As a first time buyers, me and my partner did not have the first clue when it came to Mortgages! Alex Stoyles and Emma Mears went above and beyond to make sure this process was as stress free as possible. They were always so informative and helpful especially with the amount of questions I had! (oops) and were always happy to answer them regardless of the type of question. I would 1000000% recommend them to anyone that is looking for a mortgage and especially first time buyers! Thank you for being so patient and making our first Mortgage experience so much easier. Myself and Samuel will definitely be raising a glass to you guys once we're all settled in!
