“I've recently received a mortgage offer through Mortgage 1st and the process couldn't have been less stress free. Initially I spoke to Shaun who listened to my needs and what I was looking for. We came to an agreement that suited my situation perfectly. Shaun was down to earth, personable and professional. “Nikki at Mortgage1st has been helping me with mortgages for the past 12 years or so and during that time the service has always been absolutely fantastic. She has always been very responsive on email (even acknowledging a mail when she was on holiday!) and seems very knowledgeable about the mortgage process and how to avoid some of the traditional hurdles (and even some less traditional ones thrown down by unreliable family members!). After processing our application, she passed us to her colleague Bev who was able to very quickly get our mortgage offer sent over. All in all, very impressive and I would (and have) recommended them to friends and family”
