“I am always a little wary of "online only" businesses. However, I had occasion to telephone MonsterPlumb and query one of their sales items. I received fantastic customer service and subsequently placed my order online. The items I purchased were "branded", but so much cheaper than any of the other "well known" merchants. I placed my order during the PM and the goods were delivered at 9:00 AM, the following morning. Absolutely fantastic service all round.”
