“The service and price were very good, the only adverse comment is I didn’t get an emailed copy of my order, with an order number on completion of my internet purchase. The invoice was enclosed with the delivery.”

Good Evening Barry, Many thanks for your comments, it is greatly appreciated. Regarding the lack of E-Mail confirmation upon ordering, this is automated and should happen on every order as soon as the order has been placed. We have found in the past that as the automated E-mail comes from the address "sales@monsterplumb.co.uk", some E-Mail providers automatically pick up the "sales" part of the address and put it straight into your Junk Mail, so it may well be sat in there. If this is not the case then we do apologise, there must have been an error in our system, we are not aware of any issues recently, but will look into this to double check.
