“Firstly, the price paid for the Drayton TRV4's was the lowest I found anywhere, then there was free next day delivery too. A company is best judged by how it deals with problems and when Parcelforce failed to deliver next day, Chad at Monsterplumb was really helpful in speaking to Parcelforce direct and updating me by phone and email to ensure I had the items at 9am the day after. Excellent price and excellent service. I highly recommend Monsterplumb and will definitely use again.”
