“Very disappointing. Ordered a magnaclean (so not a big item). Was told delivery would be Friday. I write this review on Saturday and I am not in possession of anything from monsterplumb ltd. I’ll not use them again.”

Good Morning Ewan, apologies for the delay with your order. I have just checked the tracking on your parcel, as i can see it has been despatched from our warehouse as notified. The parcel has arrived at the Aberdeen DPD depot Friday afternoon, which is a day later than it should have done so, as we have paid them to deliver it next day, apologies for this. It will be delivered at the latest Monday to you, but we have just put a request in that they attempt to deliver this weekend as it is already late. You will be notified by E-Mail and SMS message on the day of delivery, and an hours time slot will be given, so please do not feel you have to wait around for it to arrive. Again, many apologies for the delay with this order arriving.

Courier (DPD) advised in advance what time delivery would be and they were spot on too, so full praise to them as well. Superb company to deal with. I don't have any connection to them apart from being one very satisfied customer!”
