“I've placed 2 separate orders with Monster Plumb and dealt with a man called John Crouch. Pricing and service have been excellent both times and that is in no small part due to John, who is very much "on the ball" with everything, has excellent advice for a non-plumber customer like me, and keeps his customer updated on progress/delivery. Items delivered in great condition and on time. That's a rarity these days! Thank you John and Monsterplumb. If you need plumbing supplies, don't hesitate to give these people your business.”
