“Ordered hard to get gland seals for Drayton TRV4 valves. Prompt delivery. Unfortunately my original order was mis-picked. On emailing to advise this and to ask about what to do about returning the incorrect items I received a same day response - keep the incorrect items - and the missing items were dispatched with next day delivery. Very happy with the service and fully intend to shop with this company again as prices are very competative and you can buy individual components of radiator valves etc.”
