“Fantastic service, I wanted to make sure that they had the thermostat that I needed in stock and I got a call back confirming it was in stock and would be delivered next day as requested. I then got messages confirming that the order had been processed, and then a message from parcel force to confirm it was on its way, and then duly arrived. The thermostat was packaged well and in perfect condition, so very happy with Monsterplumb and will certainly be shopping with them again.”

Good Afternoon Bryan, thank you very much for your feedback, I am very sorry you did not receive your delivery the next day as both scheduled and notified by us. I can assure you it was booked in and collected from us for delivery within 24 hours on the Thursday evening. I will be investigating the matter further with the courier. From today onwards we are now using Parcelforce next day courier, which will give customers much greater flexibility. This gives the option to track, change delivery date, deliver to local post office, and the driver will now notify an hour before delivery via text message to save waiting around all day.
