Good Morning Chris, Apologies for the delay with your order. As discussed in the E-Mail sent to you, unfortunately, the main item on your order, the Speedfit double check service valve, is currently out of stock, and advertised as so on the website when you purchased. We are awaiting stock of the item, and as soon as it comes back into stock your order will be despatched immediately. As mentioned in the E-Mail, leaving a negative review at midnight on a Saturday, because we did not get back to your E-Mail from Saturday afternoon when we are closed, we feel is a little unfair. Please be assured we will be looking to get these back into stock and get your order despatched as soon as possible. Apologies again for the delay.
