“Advertised an 8mm trv. When turned up they were 10mm trv with adapters So still got to cut pipe work as old olive has distorted pipework and the adapters won’t seal properly, Should has just brought 10mm ones from local shop 😩”

Hello Iain, Many apologies for this issue, and thank you for your feedback. We are of the belief that when this product was initially added to the website, the product in question did come as an 8mm valve, this has changed in recent times to merge the 10mm and 8mm product together as one with the bullet reducer included within the pack. We had not updated the website in line with these changes. After seeing your comments left, we can confirm this product has now been updated to clearly show what it is we are selling. We will be in touch to see if you want us to collect the product from you, and obviously arrange a full refund.
