The lady i was speaking on the phone today with was a very nice lady and a brilliant helper, moneyplus energy is really just a brilliant company with lovely, brilliant staff.

Spoke to a very pleasant gentleman. He mentioned it was his first call but he was polite and didnt seem to be too flustered in his new role. He was very informative and was able to answer all the questions I had. Happy to finally be able to save money on my electricity.

I've been with Money Plus for 14 months now. I've rang a few times to give meter reading and the phone is answered very quickly, without having to navigate around a difficult calling system. The advisors are very local and have time to have a chat, and definitely not reading from a script. Its like talking to someone you have known for years. All these are important to me, when having to call a company. Keep up the good work. Paul H.

It's nice when you are telephoned to say that you have been overpaying! It turn out that I have nearly £600 in credit!

5stars...I spoke to Katie today she was excellent, very helpful and told me what I needed to know and sorted out my issue straight away (which had occurred using a third party to move my services over) ...absolutely no hassle at all and the call went through to her in well under a minute. Can’t fault them at all. Thank you Katie and moneyplus

Super impressed by how proactive Money Energy Plus are - when was the last time your energy provider contacted you to say you are paying too much by direct debit and suggesting a reduction?
