“There was huge confusion and the accounts, I have two, were not entered correctly and I had to spend an hour on the phone sorting it out. The reason I ticked Good was because an amazing person called Aisha calmly and cleverly sorted it out before referring the issues to IT. Only thanks to her and I still with MoneyPlus, lots of problems, all sorted out..marvellous and polite staff.”

“I have just switched to money plus energy, and so far the customer service has been excellent. I have managed to get straight through to them on the phone when I needed to sort out a change in details, and also got great advice about the switch over. It’s so nice to have a customer service advisor that knows what they are doing, and sound happy to be helping the customer.”

“Clear, simple, they actually ARE client focussed (amazing in their industry!) and will try hard to make being a customer worth your while. The big plus for me is that they are easy to contact and hugely responsive. Bravo!”

“I spoke to a young lady today because I was having problems setting up my registration. She was extremely tolerant,helpful and competent but above all she came over as wanting to help me overcome the problem I was having. Thanks again, - unfortunately I never recorded her name but if the rest of the service is as good I'll be well pleased I joined MoneyPlus Energy, regards Tony”

“I am just in the process of switching providers. Money Plus Energy have been quick in responding to my questions both on the phone and via email. Far better than the previous supplier has ever been. I realise it is early days but I am impressed thus far”
