I have been with EON for years as they had told me I couldn’t switch providers. Money plus have made the switch easier and potentially halved my bills. Their customer service is excellent on the phone. Extremely helpful. I would recommend them sincerely.

I spoke to an advisor today, and she was very professional. I explained to what the problem was and she was happy to take me through it. In the end she marched what my payment to my previous supplier was. This made me happy as I was about to leave. Thanks.

Just joined this company but the service I have received so far has been amazing. Thank you so so much to Katie who's customer service is impeccable. Had a minor problem and she sorted it out within the hour. Best energy company I have been with!

Had a few issues re changing suppliers, spoke to a gentleman called Ian who talked me through my worries. He explained exactly what I needed to do, put my mind at rest.

Having changed to MoneyPlus Energy recently, I have found the process easy . The paperwork is clear & everyone has been very friendly. When I had a problem with one of the Accounts Ian was extremely helpful & sorted things out in a very proficient manner. This was dealt with quickly & he explained things well to me .
