“I was quite nervous about ringing up, and speaking about my personal issues as I’ve never been in this kind of situation before, however the staff was brilliant at making me feel comfortable about talking about my problems!”

“Provide a service, but improvement is required on administration as this does let the company down. The automation is not synced correctly. Documents repeatedly asked for which have already been asked for.”
