“Provide a service, but improvement is required on administration as this does let the company down. The automation is not synced correctly. Documents repeatedly asked for which have already been asked for.”

“Was quite quick and simple Although as with any debt dealing I did still get abit overwhelmed but now knowing its all out of my hands the relief I feel is amazing! Just a not for the consultants to remember to speak a little slowly for those of us with bad MH”

“The advisor was very understanding around my health situation and some of what I had to say would have been hard to hear but she dealt with it well and was very supportive so thank you. Also good advice was given”
