“The customer advisor I spoke today advice me everything clearly. She did instead of Laura as she was busy. She done annual review first time as I moved with this company from other debt management company. So I found them very helpful. Asif Javed.”

“James the representative I spoke to was helpful and efficient. He went above and beyond to sort my query out. Also, very polite and friendly person who made me feel that my query was important. I would like to give James a plaudit please. It makes a huge difference dealing with someone who is efficient but also has emotional intelligence. The previous representative I spoke to for example was not of this calibre and actually gave me incorrect information about how Money Plus go about for informing creditors of a customer's change of address. James was able to rectify this for me and I spoke to him on 2 occasions.”

“MoneyPlus takes a fee by direct debit each month and I know that at least something is being paid to all my creditors. Even though it's a small amount it is better than nothing at all. Thank you MoneyPlus for helping me through my debt.”
