“Prompt, concise and explanatory. Though I think the interviewer spoke a slightly too fast and voice is somewhat distorted, whether that was mine phone or their system, not too sure, but many time I could not hear clearly what the person was saying.”

“Had my annual review today and was done very efficiently and was clear on what the best option would be for me the review took slightly longer than it is said to ensure everything is correct which is great as this shows they are on your side and want to make sure that you are comfortable with what you are able to pay”
