“they were helpful and kind, thorough in going through the process and provided me with all the necessary information in a calm and friendly manner, even being flexible and organising a callback to finish the conversation due to a scheduling clash on my end. i feel more at ease knowing i have a manageable solution to my debt.”

“It was helpful however they insisted on sending me a pack out for them to get involved even though I expressed to them I wanted to speak to the companies myself first and try and sort my issues myself.”

“My initial call was slightly worrying - as someone in debt, being called by a number causes that anxiety. But I could not be more happy to have picked up the phone. My account handler, Kai, was incredibly warm, human and understanding about my circumstances, and was both knowledgable and reassuring. Whilst I'm only starting my plan with them, I can feel the weight lifted already!”
