“Generally very helpful and their people seem amiable. A positive experience overall. However, they do have an unfortunate habit of sending requests for information they have already received or that`s not relevant. These are generated automatically, I think. They really ought to fix that. When you put your finances in someone else`s hands, you don`t want to see any suggestion that they might not be a hundred percent on the ball.”
