“Whilst very helpful, the list of policies contain product features and limitations that are difficult to understand. Consequently, it was difficult to make a product choice”

Matthew Clark I'm very pleased to say, during the 9 years that we have been involved in Car Hire Excess Insurance we have received nothing but good feedback about the reimbursement process in regards to the Car Hire Excess Insurers on our site. Once you have provided all the information that is required to the excess insurer in regards to your claim, you are typically refunded with 7 to 10 days . One customer even phoned us to say that she received her claim monies within 3 days from completing the reimbursement process with the insurer itself !!! We will always be here for you though, before, during & after your purchase and we are just a telephone call away if you ever need us. If you do have a claim (hopefully not for obvious reasons !!!), then please feel free to pop back at anytime to post a review in regards to your experience in relation to the Car Hire Excess Company itself. We would really appreciate if you were able to provide some further feedback in regards to your Car Hire Excess Insurance experience when using Moneymaxim, this is where we play our part in trying to assist you as our customer. Anonymous Thank you for your feedback. We currently have 17 Car Hire Excess Insurers on our site, which is a really good representation of the current UK market, for this type of policy. Many of the insurers have also discounted their Car Hire Excess Insurance policies for our site (and when purchased from our site online) and these are in many instances cheaper, than buying directly from the insurers themselves. So in summary, through just one quick enquiry via Moneymaxim, you have a really good comparable in regards to the Excess Insurers and at the most competitive prices. A real saving for sure, compared to those Car Hire Desks !!! We do very much hope, that you will return again. David Neal Head of Customer Services
