“In my initial review I said that MoneyMaximiser had missed a detail in the insurance policy that could limit windscreen coverage in certain circumstances. MoneyMaximiser staff saw this and promptly responded trying to clarify the situation. It turned out that the insurance company staff I first contacted for clarification had misinterpreted some of the policy wording and they were wrong and the MoneyMaximiser site was correct. I can not fault MoneyMaximiser's customer service in helping to clarify this issue and would recommend them to others.”
