“I spoke to someone (pretty sure his name was Dave?) who walked me through it all, as I wasn't sure what insurance to get. I also got a discount for a hire car through their sister website that was cheaper than the one that I had already hired (luckily it's free to cancel).”

“The website was clear and easy to use. I found the type of excess cover that I required quite quickly. The review comments were useful but it seemed strange that the time of all the reviews was '2years'? The test of the cover will be if I ever have to use it, but up to here, all good.”

Hi Katy, This is really odd - we have retraced your steps - and as you say you searched for a CDW / SLI policy - and that is the type of policies we displayed. You then completed your purchase and you have bought a CDW / SLI policy. We have tried to contact you this morning to resolve any misunderstanding.
