Thank you for your review - we are really pleased we could help - we work hard in ensuring those with extra requirements are served wherever possible - where that's overseas residents, the over 85s or the under 21s for instance! We would recommend using us for your car hire excess insurance requirements going forward as we are hopeful that we will be able to offer more insurers looking after non UK residents in the future. So many thanks for taking the time to review us. We do try to strike a balance with our service between giving comprehensive information at a glance from the different providers and being simple to use – but this clearly left you cold. I also wonder if there elements of our service you didn't find as comprehensive is a word other repeated in the reviews users give us. If so we would love to give you a tour!
