“I sold an iPhone and a laptop. For iphone, there was no revision of price however for laptop, there was a change which I questioned . I was so impressed when the customer care representative reached out and clearly explained and sorted the gap.They were very polite and patient in hearing my thought. I really appreciate this and will refer to my friends.”

“A brilliant service! Prompt responses to the order, collection arranged and handled without issue. Happened over the weekend, so the moment they had receipt of the items on Monday, i got notification, and paid within a few hours. No complaints at all. Good offers, great experience!”

“Overall very easy to sell my laptop. A delivery man arrived with a box for me to put my laptop in free of charge as I didn't have any packaging to do so and sent it off to get inspected. After a day I got a reply with an estimated value of my laptop. Originally it was meant to be £200 but they found a fault with the power key and lowered it to £130. After I disputed this being an issue as I had never had a problem with any of the keys they bumped up the price to £165 as they were aware that this is a manufacturer problem not one caused by me.”

“Old laptop hanging around the house and not sure what to do with it! Free postage to this place and cash went to charity (requested by me) process was surprisingly fast 24 hour postage to payment! Plus knowledge that any personal data on there was be securely destroyed, recommended and will use again for old equipment that clutters up the house!”
