“Great company, paid within 1 day of receiving my laptop”

“I have sold two items with this company, and they are honestly fantastic. My first item was a laptop. I asked for a "borrow a box" and "courier collection". So simple, and the packaging provided and instructions are very clear. Courier came on the date given.. and I received an email confirmation to say when they (LTS) had got my item and that it needed to be processed etc. Then, just a few hours later, I had another email saying my funds had been processed. I check my bank and voila, there it is! No problems what so ever. My second item, I was also borrowed a box and had courier collection. Sadly, someone stole my box that was left in my shed, however I contacted LTS by email, and they were really really helpful in being able to provide me with a NEW box WITH the courier so that I could still sell my item on the date arranged for the courier. Something as simple as sending another box, is a HUGE thing and makes such a big difference when it comes to customer satisfaction; it's above and beyond.”

“Amazing ,had 5 old laptops but wasn't sure what tech and specs they where , the man I spoke to was awsome , he took me through each one , which by the way took a loooooooong time and he was brilliant and professional all the way through and helped me through the process making it so easy , brilliant , A+++++++++++++++++++ , would highly recommend to anybody , even if your not sure what's inside these people are polite and professional through it all , thank you for helping me ? very happy”

“Had some old laptops to get rid of. The staff were very helpful with e-mail enquiries to find the specs I needed to fill in the online forms. Courier collection was very quick and professional. The condition of my tech was better than I thought and my quote was immediately increased. The whole experience was hassle free and the company kept me informed every step of the way.”

“Offered more money for my laptop than any other company. Paid in full the same day as they received the laptop. Also on my request they have quickly provided the certificate for erasing data securely on the hard disk. Will be using this company again. Definately recommend money4mytech!”

“Very good experience with this company. Slight issue when they inspected the laptop however was swiftly sorted when we could confirm that the issue was in fact there due to a repair rather than damage from myself. This raised my price to the next band. Good customer service, quick replies and knowledgable staff.”
