When they arrived the shoes didn’t match. I don’t expect animal print to match -obviously it doesn’t - but one shoe was light print and the other really dark. They can’t be worn as a pair . They also had different finishes on the rims and one was bigger than the other. I’ve bought a few things from Moloh over the years and always been so excited to visit Tetbury and the shop. My confidence in the brand has taken a big knock -no one bothered to check if the shoes even looked like a pair. I really can’t believe it. I can’t explain how disappointed I am. I had always thought customer care and a thoughtful approach were the hallmarks of Moloh - traits hard to find in todays shops . Actually, it’s just so shoddy and I’ll be sending them back tomorrow. I was so excited to get them and really liked them. I’m honestly upset .”
